SEORocket is a registered SEO service provider based in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our professional SEO and digital marketing services.

1. Nature of Our Services

SEORocket provides professional SEO services including keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, technical SEO audits, and monthly reporting. As these are professional services that involve significant time, expertise, and resources, our refund policy reflects the nature of service-based work.

2. Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly SEO retainer fees are non-refundable once the service month has commenced and work has begun. If you wish to cancel, please provide 30 days' written notice before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

3. Project-Based Services

For one-time SEO projects (such as site audits, keyword research packages, or website optimisation projects), the 50% advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery.

4. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A full refund of the advance payment may be issued if: (a) SEORocket is unable to commence the agreed service within 14 business days of payment without prior notice, or (b) the service delivered is materially different from what was agreed in writing before payment.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances: completed monthly retainer periods, delivered SEO audit reports, published content, acquired backlinks, and any third-party costs incurred on your behalf.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, email support@seorocket.site with your service agreement details and reason for the refund request. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
