These Terms of Service govern your use of seorocket.site and any SEO or digital marketing services provided by SEORocket, a registered service provider based in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

SEORocket provides professional search engine optimisation (SEO) services including keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, technical SEO, local SEO, and monthly reporting. All services are delivered by our team of qualified SEO professionals.

2. Service Engagement

Services commence upon receipt of a signed agreement and initial payment. A detailed scope of work, target keywords, and deliverables will be outlined in your service agreement before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to their website (CMS or FTP), Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. Delays in providing access may affect campaign timelines and results.

4. SEO Results Disclaimer

While we employ proven SEO strategies, search engine rankings are influenced by many factors beyond our control, including Google algorithm updates, competitor activity, and website authority. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions but commit to delivering best-practice SEO that drives measurable improvement.

5. Payment Terms

Monthly SEO retainers are payable in advance at the beginning of each month. Project-based services require a 50% advance payment before work commences. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All SEO content, reports, and strategies created by SEORocket for your campaign become your property upon full payment. Our proprietary tools and methodologies remain the intellectual property of SEORocket.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all completed work will be delivered to the client.
